Damages

Duchess Atelier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Exchanges.

NO returns allowed. If you are unhappy with your order and would like to exchange it you will need to post the item back to us and let us know which item you would like to exchange it for. The customer will be liable for all charges incurred from sending packages back to us.
